Comparing blogging to the game of cricket & cricketer is not our intention; this article will focus on things what a blogger can learn from cricketer. Cricket can’t be said as a game of an individual but we can say, if every individual in the team makes an outstanding performance, then the outcome will be favourable to that team, totally cricket is one entire team effort. The same is applicable for every blogger. The effort he put is to gain visits from various source. I always enjoyed listening to a blogger saying, his effort is little (according to him) and his visitors and guest bloggers made him to reach the level he wants. The reverse will also happen many a time. Bloggers needother criticise us. When a player shines in the field, he will be getting advertisement opportunities, like wise when a blog becomes famous, huge traffic from various source, comments, good PR and Alexa rank. When you start getting all these things, automatically money will start flowing from various sources like AdSense, Ad Banners, Paid review etc. Cricketers earn a lot of money only when they play good cricket, when they are out of their form, they don’t get anything and someone will be replaced. This is also applicable for bloggers.
Mutual Relationship
T20 started inducing entertainment in everyone. IPL, EPL, Champions League T20. In IPL, cricketers from various nations, they form into a team and start playing together. They are mutually benefited, exchanging the pros and cons among themselves, building new records, better understanding & thus gives better result. Bloggers can also be mutually benefited by exchanging links, guest blogging & by helping each other. By doing guest blogging not only you are benefited by getting back links but also when you start writing some good articles on other blogs, you could easily get the attention of others, so that it may give you a greater result.
Finding Strategy
When you start finding an elaborate and systematic plan of action, you will start smelling what success is, the presence of mind and game plan are very important for every cricketer. Even for a blogger, they both play a major role. When bloggers have a detailed plan and when they start executing it in a proper way, every blogger will start smelling and feeling what success is, even they can define the meaning of success the way they want. Few tactics and techniques also give success for a blogger and also for a cricketer.
Be an ALL ROUNDER
The one who performs well with the bat and the ball said to be an all-rounder. He should be consistent. Need to score runs with the bat and to restrict runs from his rivals bat. There are no rivals in the world of blogging. Every blogger should be consistent in posting an article. He has every little thing to do inside and outside his blog. Writing alone is not blogging. There are lot more things to do outside his blog. Commenting, Link building, Promoting, Marketing. Every blogger should be an all-rounder. Each and every of your good action will reflect you in every other way.
