Fly Mobiles has launched the E 370 touch-based phone in India. The handset is targeted at masses who prefer to have a combination of a touchscreen and dual-SIM (GSM + GSM) functionality at an affordable price.
The handset features a 3.7" screen with pixel dimensions of 320 x 480. Other specs include a 5 MP Camera, 3.5 mm jack, Bluetooth with A2DP support, external memory expandable up to 32 GB, and a 1500 mAh battery that reportedly offers up to 12 hours of talktime. The phone measures 4.8" (l) x 2.6" (w) x 0.5" (13 mm) (d), and tips the scales at 100 grammes, without the battery. This is excellent if you happen to be Tony Stark. For lesser mortals not packing their own power source, you may have to add the battery, which should substantially increase the device's weight.
The manufacturer claims that the phone has a customisable Home screen. It comes with 46 pre-installed apps including an email client and a Sketch Note app, with an option to download more from the Fly Store.
The E 370 is priced at Rs 5100, but can be actually bought for less if you can sharpen up your bargaining skills.
